Last Monday, I hopped on a plane with my mom and sisters to spend 4 days in New York City! Visiting NYC has been a dream of my mom’s for a long time, so it was really nice to be able to share the experience with her! We had such a great time exploring the big city together!
I will definitely share more of our trip soon, but wanted to take a minute first to share some of the photos Brad sent me while I was gone!

It was nice to wake up one morning and see texts of my girls right after they woke up!
Brad sent me this video and I think I watched it a million times while I was gone!
I sure missed all three of them and couldn’t wait to get home! Unfortunately, the girls were asleep when I got in at 12:30am Thursday night, but they left a card and flowers out for me before they went to bed!
The next morning, they told me over and over that they missed me so much! Daddy took such great care of them while I was gone! Not only did he make sure that the girls had a great time, but I came home to a SPOTLESS house, NO dirty clothes, and freshly shampooed carpet in the playroom! I’m one lucky Mommy!

ReplyDeleteSo glad you got to take a fabulous trip to NYC! It really looks like Brad had things under control...nothing to worry about! You do miss them SO much when you're gone though, it's absolutely crazy! I am sure they were thrilled to have you back home!

ReplyDeleteJeremy will have his first weekend alone with our girls in January while I go on a weekend trip with the youth group from church. It should be interesting!!
If you ever decide to leave Brad, I'm callng dibs! LOL...just kidding (don't tell Zane:) can't wait to see pics from your trip!
